Shipping Methods

Shipping costs are displayed in your cart and are calculated based on your location, the type of item(s) you intend to purchase and their quantities. If something doesn’t seem right when you go to complete your purchase please email info@zaraandpeach.com.au before you complete your purchase so a representative can confirm the correct shipping cost.

Due to the size and care of the items required during transit, Zara & Peach use a range of courier services for all deliveries within Australia. A valid street address (No PO Boxes, Australia Post Parcel Lockers, RMB’s) must be provided at checkout to ensure dispatch of your item and timely delivery. If the item is to be delivered to a business address, the business name MUST be included as part of the address.

Wall Stickers that are able to fit in a standard envelope will be sent via Australia Post, within Australia, due to the speedier letter service provided by Australia Post. Please allow 2-6 business days for delivery of Wall Stickers to most metropolitan areas within Australia. Tracking Numbers will not be available for this delivery service so if your item has still not arrived after 10 business days please email info@zaraandpeach.com.au.

International orders will be sent from Australia via Australia Post and will be transferred to each country’s own postal service(s) to complete the delivery. Please note the shipping cost does not include customs duties or taxes that may be payable in the country of import. It is the customers responsibility to research and pay any applicable customs duties and/or taxes that may be due in their own country.

Tracking details will be provided, for all items purchased, once the item(s) have been dispatched from Zara & Peach. Once the item is dispatched from Zara & Peach it is the responsibility of the customer to track their order via the link / web address provided at time of dispatch. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery the courier/ postal service will leave a notice/card with further instructions to complete the delivery. If the customer does not follow the additional instructions provided by the courier/postal service and the item is returned to Zara & Peach, the customer will be liable for the additional shipping costs to re-send the item. International customers please note: Your postal service may have different contact methods other than mentioned for these instances so please follow up with your local service for further information.

For Australian customers that wish to arrange for the courier service to leave the item at the delivery address, should no-one be present, please notify Zara & Peach at the time of purchase using the ‘Order Notes’ section in the checkout or emailing info@zaraandpeach.com.au. Please note that if the ‘Authority to Leave’ option is chosen and in the unlikely event the item becomes lost in transit, Zara & Peach shall hold no responsibility for the cost of the missing item and the shipping cost paid by the customer.

Estimated Shipping Timeframes

The timeframes listed below are provided as a guide and can change based on a range of different factors:

  • Melbourne Metro: 1-2 business days
  • Sydney Metro: 1-2 business days
  • Adelaide Metro: 1-2 business days
  • Brisbane Metro: 2-4 business days
  • Perth Metro: 5-6 business days
  • Hobart Metro: 5-6 business days
  • Darwin Metro: 8-9 working days

If you are outside a metropolitan area, please allow an additional 3-4 working days from your nearest capital city.
