Returns

To return an item, please contact info@zaraandpeach.com.au and indicate the reason for the return and to obtain authorisation from a Zara & Peach representative. Zara & Peach will not accept and process returns without prior approval.
 
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase – new and unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
 
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the postage cost of returning item/s back to Zara & Peach. Zara & Peach will issue a store credit to the value of your goods returned, excluding any postage costs that Zara & Peach incurred to send your goods initially. These costs might vary depending on the item being returned and the customer’s shipping address.

Exchanges / Change of Mind

Mobiles and Chandeliers can be exchanged if ordered originally from zaraandpeach.com.au with a valid receipt within 7 days of accepting delivery of the product and arrange return of the product within 7 days after such notification.
 
Strictly due to the custom-made nature of the wall letters, under no circumstance can wall letters be exchanged.
 
Items bought from other Zara & Peach’s sales channels, i.e. Etsy, Facebook, will need to be processed directly through the associated sales channel the item(s) were purchased through.
 
If you decide to exchange your item for another item you must first contact info@zaraandpeach.com.au to confirm the replacement item is available and that the exchange is eligible. Zara & Peach will not accept any returns without prior approval or authorisation from a Zara & Peach representative.
 
Goods to be exchanged must be returned within 14 days of item being purchased – items must be new and unused with original packaging and tag intact.
 
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer returning the goods and shall be liable for the cost. Please note the original shipping cost will not be refunded. An insured, trackable method of freight is encouraged as Zara & Peach will assume no responsibility in the case of a loss or damaged item in return transit. If the item is to be exchanged, the customer will also be liable for the shipping cost to send the new item to their nominated address. A representative from Zara & Peach will contact the customer for payment. Release of goods will only occur once cleared payment has been received and the customer address is confirmed.

Faulty / Damaged Items

Whilst the utmost care has been taken in creating Zara & Peach nursery products, there may be a chance where the item is damaged in transit and you don’t receive it in the condition intended.
 
If you feel you have received a faulty or damaged item, please email info@zaraandpeach.com.au with images of your item and the package it arrived in. Images of the packaging are required by Zara & Peach to provide to the courier(s) / postal service(s) that handled the item during transit, in case of a compensation claim. Zara & Peach will assess the item, based on the images on a case-by-case basis and respond with a resolution.
 
If you have, for some reason, received a product in error please email info@zaraandpeach.com.au so the matter can be rectified quickly.
