How do I track my order?

Australian Orders: A courier tracking number is provided via email at time of dispatch of your order. You can simply click on the link contained within the order, contact info@zaraandpeach.com.au or enter your tracking number below.

International Orders: A postal tracking number is provided via email at time of dispatch of your order. You can simply click on the link contained within the order, contact info@zaraandpeach.com.au or enter your tracking number below.

Are my credit card / payment details safe?

We use PayPal to process all payments and do not retain any credit card numbers on our own records. PayPal provide a secure encrypted payment gateway to protect you, as the customer and us, as the retailer.

What are your payment methods?

We process all payments through PayPal. If you have an existing PayPal account you are able to use any linked card or bank account. All payments to Zara and Peach are in $AUD. International orders will be charged as per PayPal’s current exchange rate, at the time of order (Please note this can vary based on market fluctuations). Alternatively if you don’t have a PayPal account you can still pay via credit card without the need to create a PayPal account.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes, your data is safe with Zara & Peach under the Privacy Act in Australia. Your account, any order details and personal details are all protected. To access your account details on our website, you need to enter the correct username and password combination. Click here for our full privacy policy.

What happens if I forget my password?

Don’t panic! When you attempt to login to your account simply click the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link, enter your username and we will send you a temporary password. Login in to your account with the temporary password and you will be prompted to change it. Just make sure you remember it for the next time!
